"Stunning and cutting-edge modern", this Downtown steel-and-glass tower "five minutes from Key Biscayne" has some calling it "the most beautiful building in Miami", with renovated rooms sporting a "devastating expanse of windows", especially in the baths, and a 25th-floor bar and restaurant with "spectacular views"; still, some say "too many elevator" banks make it all a bit "confusing."

The building.
I did not like the rooms. They are not worth the money at all.
This hotel is not worth the money at all. There is nothing special about the rooms. They are small and cramped. Similar to a Holiday Inn. My advice is, go somewhere else.

My stay was for business at Conrad Miami but I would definitely come back for leisure! I mostly stay at the w hotels but Conrad hotels will be on my list of where to stay for both business and pleasure! ...read more

Didn't see it.
Cancellation policy unfair.
No review; however highly disappointed in the cancellation policy. I canceled my trip 24hr plus and was still charged the entire night and $25.00 fee. By the way, I network with hundreds and my recommendation is to not use your services bases on my experiences. Thank you Carmen ...read more
